| Based on the development which brings about by the policy "saving energy, saving soil, protecting environment" and lasting development for new building materials.This dissertation research on floatstone density concrete which is a new kind of wall system.Use the "apart average methods" to calculate the thermal resistance of combined block.The thermal resistance and its rule of the wall which on different humidity state, thermal conductivity of aggregate, coefficient of rectification are calculated and analyzed.The difference of the thermal resistance which on different coefficient of rectification is calculated and rectified.The thermal resistance of the wall which on same humidity and coefficient of rectification is compared .Discovers that not the more thermal insulation material filled,the greater thermal resisitance, it also relates to the filled position.After condidering these factors, can attain the purpose of saving material and saving energy.This dissertation analyzes the mechanism of moisture transfer in the wall, neglects some subordinate factors, set up the mathematics model based on vapor-penetrating theory.This model is suitable for the practical projects.By using the model, this paper researches the factors which affect moisture weight increment of insulation material during heating period.The factors includes indoor temperature, indoor air relative humidity, condition of area climate(days of heating period, outdoor mean air temperature and relative humidity during heating period).After considering these factors, this thesis obtains the moisture weight increment and the limited value of indoor air relative humidity when the wall is used in northeast, and tables these to consult.Also obtains the limited value of outdoor mean air temperature during heating period.Presents the modificatory project of the block wall, and validates the heat transmission coefficient of the wall.Introduces outdoor hourly parament, set up the mathematics model based on unsteady-state heat transfer and vapor-penetrating theries.This problem does elementary research.A program is performed to calculate the moisture weight increment, this program suits to various space step, time step, aggregate,... |
