With the constant development of the national railway system construction, the speedup of the train has become the focal point in the process of construction. Enhancing the stability of train operation and comfortability has become the top priority in improving the quality of railway service and also the main developing trend in the railway construction. The stability of train operation which is directly influenced by the quality of railway and the competence in the control of the train is an important factor in accessing the speed and comfortability of the train. With respedt to these considerations, the paper has presented an introduction to Train's Vibration Analyzer based on ARM, and initiated a complete and practical plan for examing the stability of train operation.The system design uses the embedded plan, adopting the silicon inertia ADXL105. The system can automatically gather the train acceleration signs from the longitudinal, the crosswise as well as the vertical direction. By the USB connection, data gathered can be directly transmitted to PC machine or saved to the U plate. Through LCD , the real-time signal diagram of curves can be directly demonstrated; the danger data (shakes vehicle door limiting value)and some train parameters obtained from the GPS/GSM network system such as, position, time, speed and so forth are transmitted to the terminal quickly from long distance away; The system has the data analysis processing function, which can provide the first-hand data of the train running status, the line condition analysis and the vehicles design and the maintenance. This system can provide the real-time material concerning the locomotive condition, and can be used to test the level of the driver.This paper lays its emphasis on the introduction of the construction of the system's hardware and its operation principles, including system main engine module, data acquisition module, USB memory module as well as lower position machine correlation application programming. The system has the high reliability, function entire, and good man-machine interactive contact surface. Therefore it demonstrates some advantages of the embedded system such as high performance, high efficiency and low cost, and can exert positive influence in operation.
