Neutral ineffectively grounded modes are widely employed in medium and low voltage distribution networks of China.They can contribute to the reliability of power supply,on the other hand the weak currents caused by them make it hard to ground fault detection.This paper studies this issue,which analyzes in-depth resonant grounding system single-phase ground fault of voltage and current distribution.On the basis of this system,a suitable of date collection methods is provided.On the analysis to the related application background in the foundation,and through comparison and proof,it proposes a high speed synchronized sampling question one way in solution industrial control,and elaborated data acquisition system's software skeleton and the hardware design in detail.The paper elaborates realizes the multi-channel transmission by the wireless communication way and wire communication way.
