Analysis In Construction Process Of Space Pre-tension Structures

Space pre-tension structures under construction and pre-tensioning are usually with sophisticated behaviors and small stiffness. The construction process has great influence on its safety state. At present, few researches on the influence are discussed. In this dissertation, the initial state determination on space pre-stress structures is analyzed, a modified force density method is brought forward for form finding of pre-tensioned structures including curve cable element, the construction process is simulated with reverse analysis method, and the detail comparison between the numerical solution and the on-site measurement is carefully made for the real construction, finally the construction security is educed.Space pre-stress structures have three different states. The determination of initial state is the key point of pre-tension structures. Three different principles are adopted: approximate displacement principle with given initial state's geometry, accurate displacement principle with given initial state's geometry and accurate displacement principle with given zero state's geometry. Detail comparisons among the three principles are discussed.Base on the force density method, a modified force density method is brought forward for form finding of pre-tensioned structures including curve cable element. The pre-tensioning process is simulated with reverse analysis method, and the detail comparison between the numerical solution and the on-site measurement is carefully made for the real construction. The reliability of the present theory is validated.Considering the process of construction, the security of pre-tensioning is analyzed. The most safety construction steps can be got. This can guide the process of construction.At the end of this thesis, some conclusions are summarized and the problems that should be studied further are put forward.
