| Being the earthwork structure, the subgrade construction must be regarded as the following system works such as foundation treatment, foundation filling, roabed surface, slope protection, bracket/shoring structure, subgrade drainage and settlement observation, the subgrade filler is strictly carried out the quality controlling standards and the construction quality control and the quality inspection must be strengthened to ensure the quality of subgrade engineering.Connecting subgrade design and requirment of new criterion/standard of Phrase I subgrade engineering, Shanghai-Wuhan express railway of new built 200km/h Hefei-Najing Special Passanger Railway line, The thesis systemically investigates construction technics procedure testing checking and quality controlling of subgrade engineering upon Special Passenger Railway with speed of 200km/h and speed of 250km/h reserved from the aspects of design theory construction procedure flow theory analysis and construction practice etc.Through the technological analysis of the several treatment measures for soft soil subgrade, this thesis determines the construction technological flow and construction quality control of cement mixing pile, broken stone pile and extrusion pile; the subgrade construction methods, inspection standards and quality control points for different construction technologies of modified soil at various parts of subgrade are obtained by technics investigation for central-mix method and road-mix method of lime improved soil and modified swelling; through the theoretical and practical research for the grinding stone of bridge and culvert transition part and roadbed surface, the construction technology flow, test inspection and quality control points of graded broken stone at different parts are worked out. Combining of the construction of Hefei-Wuhan Railway, this thesis analyses and determines the scope, classification and requirements of the settlement observation in details.
