Problem And Analyse Decision On Hafei Motor Testing Line

At first the paper describes the meaning and function of automobile inspection. With the development of Chinese lives and the entry of WTO,there will be more and more vehicles appearing in china. Automobile inspection will also be more important than before. We discuss from the general development of the testing line of our automobile. Under considering of the problem in practical job, we summarize the status quo of the existing one. In this article, We make deep research and analysis about automobile-testing-technology. We analyze and study much reasons for the problem during the test, such as brake misjudge , big difference between two test data result ,wrong position in light test. Then we put forward solving measures. On the problem of brake mistake, we emphasize on analysis and summing-up much fact, such as the incorrectness in car brake test, test data not in line with the factut, misjudgment on stop brake, disagree of the test result on the same vehicle , the difference between static test and dynamic test. In the paragraph"testing brake capability on road", firstly we give approval to the measures, then we discuss and analyze the problem met during the test, the braking power is mal apportioned to front and back shafts, resulting in un normal phenomenon to braking; the brake capability is un normal as the vehicle is empty and full. We discuss the possibility of using new installations confirming to the standards. Here we analyze its reason by means of interrelated data by quality tool-six sigma management.In the following section, joined with our hafei vehicle testing line, through comparison with the new standards, we find out the shortcoming and put forward the settlement .In this paragraph, we mainly start on the using of testing facilities and optimizing arrangement. Through comparison with used standards, we put forward a full-line updating scheme to correspond to the standard. Here we mainly use written words to explain the updating and optimizing.
