According to its importantstatus and development course, the government put forward in time: torealize conversion from traditional water resources to modern waterresources and sustainable water resources, striving for harmony betweenhuman being and nature. Therefore, to construct modern water resources based on traditional water resources has become one important task inearly 21 St century. On basis of analyzing current status of anti-flooding, water supply, water environment reclamation, water resource management and water technological development, the paper putforward a theoretical frame of water modernization, and make a planning for water modernization construction for WenLing city. |
