The structure vibration is one kind of vibration form which in common exists in the projects. The vibration of industry workshop is always large, because there are so many inner power equipments and they affect mutually which can cause the vibration to enlarge. The vibrations of the power equipments are transmitted to the structure and it causes the workshop structure vibration. The vibration can cause the structure to produce the cracks and evenly destroy the structure. The workshop structure which has power equipments often cannot completely avoid vibration, the key is must control it in the scope which allowed. The vibrations of many workshops are so large and nearly collapsed because the power load had not considered when it designed. So it is necessity to carry on the reinforcement to the structure or to take the essential vibration processing measure.This article is on the base of the vibration of main structure of pulverizer workshop, analyzing its bearing capacity through the computation and carrying on the scene dynamic performance test to the structure to obtain the natural frequency and basic formation of the real structure. Then compare it with the finite element simulate results to contrast analyze the dynamic performance of the structure. It indicates that the workshop to have the vibration under the regular production condition is inevitable, but it is because that the frequency of the power force is too close to the two step free vibration frequency of the structure that the workshop structure has the oversized vibration which presents.In view of the vibration reason, there are two vibration control measures proposed. Considering the concrete construction condition and the economic factor we can choose one plan which is most feasible. Analyze the structure after reinforcement with the finite element software once more, then compare its results with the computed results before and estimate the reinforcement effect.
