CAD/CAE (Computer Acided Design/Engineering) has the important status and the function in the modernized industry technological transformations and the high-tech development, the finite element analysis,the optimized design method and the importance of software in CAD technology is not allowed to neglect.The pressing forming analysis CAE technology is the multitudinous discipline intercrossing high-tech of metal plasticity processing, computation mechanics and mathematics, the electronic information and the computer technology, the new material, the automobile body project and the machine manufacture and so on now on the international.Its characteristic is it is foundational, front, strategic and the secret. As for mechanics, the plate ramming forming process is a composite deformation process including the geometry manifold, material physics and the boundary friction tertiary non-linear.Therefore its development difficulty is big, involved the knowledge scope broadly to restrict the very many pressing parts forming analysis technology fast full scale development.This research's main goal is to develop more stable, more intellectualized, easier to operate, more efficient plate ramming forming analyzes CAE software - KMAS, through developing successfully through new edition KMAS, improved the software project stability in use and the computed result stability;It has accelerated the software computation speed and the user ease ofoperation, enormously enhanced the code resources reuse based on the module development, the use "the generalized forming" the technical development intellectualized CAE post-processing, may the more accurate indication each kind of forming flaw, and has the plastic theory and the expert experiences produces the solution.The new generation of plate ramming forming analyzes CAE software's success, can greatly increase our country's international standing and the synthesis strength in the CAE project software domain, can enormously speed up our country automobile design the step.The first chapter of introduction first summarized the plate forming numerical simulation at present important status, and took shape the process computer simulation to the automobile cover ramming to carry on the brief introduction, introduced with emphasis the domestically produced commercialization ramming formed CAE software KMAS (King-mesh Analysis System), pre-processing as the analog computation preparation foundation and post-processing took the analog computation the analysis result, is the important constituent of the pressing forming software.As the old edition KMAS system's promotion, new edition around processed the frame and the development has all adopted the new pattern, namely WTL frame and COM module development pattern.The second chapter in detail introduced the foundation of new edition KMAS pre-processes and post-processing development - COMX platform. As a new development pattern, the COMX module development pattern has its unique advantage, various module's independence causing development software more convenient, the members may independently carry on the development and then reorganize the software various modules.As the COMX model development's example, this chapter introduced the development of new edition KMAS pre-process's material module, including design of the material board, the material parameter establishment and the material lib's establishment. Through this module's establishment, we can see that it's is independent between module and module in the COMX model development environment.The third chapter introduced the construction of UI and some realizations of module algorithms in the pre-process. New edition KMAS system's pre- process and post- process use WTL which is newest promoted by Microsoft as UI tools, WTL's main merit is that it takes small system resources, the tatic link WTL procedure also must be smaller than the use dynamic link MFC procedure, the resources takeing one half of the MFC procedure,and more effective.As pre-process module's algorithm example, chapter take element distortion angle examination and offset algorithm under tool module as example, and explain the development flow detailedly.The paper fourth chapter introduced image function of the KMAS post-process system. As the visible tool of the computed result, image function can make the computed result from abstract to concrete, and give the parameter of the computed result through the cloud chart form, this can be more intuitionistic.Moreover, in the KMAS system will adopt general universal formability technology to carry on the intellectualized flaw recognition, the forming index, the forming window, the quality project, the flaw solution development as method, this chapter carries on the preliminary discussion on this theory, and give some theory basis.
