The vibration feeder is a sort of feed equipment which is applied on the automatization line and assembly line.Because of its directional performance fine, high efficiency, the versatility to be good , thus widespread application to civil and industry each domain.Piezoelectric vibration feeder is a sort of new-style feed equipment which is drived by the piezoelectricity ceramics chip counter piezoelectric effect instead of traditional electromagnet. Compared to the traditional vibration feeders ,piezoelectric vibration feeder have a lot of advantages.For example,wide range of feeder rates ,high reliability and stability, no heat, no magnetic effect,energy-saving and so on.This article has used Piezoelectric bimorphs as the piezoelectric vibration feeder,s actuation source and made a piezoelectric vibration feeder example mechanism by myself. And we test it. The result indicates homemade feeder can work stably and stand . Moreover has the structure simply, disassembles and assembles conveniently,feeds steadily and fast, the noise is small and so on the merit.The paper consists of six chapters,given as follows:Chapter 1 IntroductionAlong with advanced manufacture technology rapid development, product,s automatization and integration is more and more higher,vibration feeder has very important application significance on some field as industry ,agriculture and military affairs .First of all the paper expatiate the research signification and thepiezoelectric vibration feeder's advantages compared to the traditional vibration feeders,and then a review about the research emphasis and research results of piezoelectric vibration feeders at broad and home is given, The main research content of the paper is list at last.Chapter 2 Piezoelectricity ceramics and piezoelectric vibrator rationaleThis article designs horizontally pushes type piezoelectricity vibration feeder is carries on the actuation using the piezoelectricity ceramics counter piezoelectric effect .So this chapter mainly introduces the concept of piezoelectricity effect and converse piezoelectricity effect,The process of polarization,six parameters of weighing piezoelectric china material capability which include dielectric constantε,elastic constant s,piezoelectric constant d,electromechanically coupled coefficients K,mechanical quality factor Q metc. Form thermodynamics eigenfunction detrude piezoelectric equations.Then it introduces four vibration modes, resonance characterstics and its equivalent electrocircuit of piezoelectricity china. All these will exert a certain influence on the performance for the feeder. Chapter 3 Piezoelectric bimorphsThis part introduces the types of piezoelectric bimorphs and support way. The theoretical analysis and experiment having been in progress to piezoelectric bimorphs study. The main conclusion:When the vibrator imports static state voltage to two piezoelectric wafer, the amounts of exporting displacement and import static state voltage becomes the linearity relation enhancing, While the vibrator exerts sine alternating voltage to two piezoelectric wafer, may simple harmonic vibration happened in the two piezoelectric wafer vibrator , amplitude enhances also with the voltage power-up linearity, and the maximal knot of amplitude reasons with in whose syntony frequency.Chapter 4 Structure design and working theory of piezoelectric vibration feederThis section designs the structure and components of piezoelectric linearity vibration feeder,make it and assemble a example machine. It Elaboration working theory of piezoelectric vibration feeder and Work process,analyze movement stateof the parts.Chapter 5 Experimental analysis of piezoelectric feederBased Orthogonal experiment theory, we establish four factors and three level experimental table. We can get the most excellent combination which effect the feeder capability from the analysis of experiment results used the method of R. Then we choose the most excellent combination to do single experiment and can get a series of connection curve between different factors and frequency, voltage and feeder rates, voltage and amplitude, frequency and feeder rates, amplitude and feeder rates etc.Chapter 6 Conclusion and expectationThe chapter gives the main conclusion obtained form this paper and the prospect for next research.
