Prestressed concrete structure is applied widely in almost different parts of the world, but prestressed concrete structure is not as durable as people expect. The research of durability of prestressed concrete structure had become a focus in the field of structural engineering home and abroad. So it is very practically significant and economically valuable to explore the durability of prestressed concrete structures.This paper discussed the durability on prestressed concrete track beam in ChongQing . The reasons of corrosion of prestressed concrete track beam are analyzed according to the climate of ChongQing . and the principle of corrosion due to acid rain is formulated particularly.The durability of prestressed body system is studied mainly to improve the durability of prestressed concrete rail beam. Grouting material and grouting technique are explained how to affect the working mechanics of the durability of prestressed structure, vacuum grouting technique is discussed in detail, and the experimental scheme of grouting material and grouting technique is determined. The material of corrugated pipe is discussed how to affect the durability of prestressed structures, the advantages and disadvantages of plastic corrugated pipe and metal corrugated pipe are compared, and the experimental scheme of corrugated pipe is made certain. The steel strand and anchor device is analyzed how to influence the durability of prestressed structure, the preservation of the epoxy coated strands is presented especially, and the experimental scheme of the steel strand and anchor device is ascertained. Grouting material, grouting technique, corrugated pipe, steel strand and anchor device are studied from the integral angle, and the combinations of different techniques and different materials are compared in technology and economy.The factors to affect the durability of prestressed structures are so many, but the influence degree of each factor is not equal and is fuzzy, therefore, the method of fuzzing mathematics is used to evaluate the durability of prestressed structures. Through analyzing the main factors, which affect the durability of prestressed concrete structures, the fuzzy characteristic functions of the main affecting factors are built. Based on the logical relation model between these factors, the durability evaluation method on the existing prestressed concrete structures is submitted.
