Research On Preparation And Durability Under The Enviroment Of The Acid Rain Of The Mirror-surface Concrete

With the development of the green building materials, mirror-surface concrete emerges as the times require. Mirror-surface concrete is a kind of the green building materials which collects structure and ornament. It can be satisfied with strength, workability and durability of normal concrete. Moreover, it characters the smooth surface and the mirrored brightness. At the moment, the research of the mix-proportion parameter and preparative technology paramete of the mirror-surface concrete is not enough. It belongs to blank Space for the research of mirror-surface concrete's durability in the acid environment. These factors limit the use of mirror-surface concrete. In allusion to the above-mentioned problems, the research of this paper begins with the selection and performance of the mirror-surface concrete's raw material, adopts uniform design which can obtain the mix-proportion of mirror-surface concrete. Through the experiments, it can ascertain the optimal mix-proportion parameter and preparative technology paramete. Imitate the acid rain indoors and analyse the variation of the corrosion rate with time, the appearance, strength and weight through the analysis of the software, it can obtain the law of the mirror-surface concrete's ageing in the acid environment. On that basis, we put forward some measure of enhancing the mirror-surface concrete's durability and conduct the benefit analysis of mirror-surface concrete. We also put forward some advice in favour of the use of the mirror-surface concrete.
