With the rapid development of automation technology, modern industry becomes more and more automatization, the status of people in the entire system shifts gradually from operator to supervisor. While the system reduces the physical demands, it also requires higher brain and responsibility. Such as electricity enterprises, the performance and reliability of the machines are better than people. The main weaknesses in the system are the performance of people. A lot of accidents occurred because of the mistakes of human. And in many accidents caused by human factor, staff's fatigue has much to do with the accident, and was one of the main reasons which caused the accident.
