As the development of station boiler's technology, the cyclone burners which have the advantage that their furnace outlet gas temperature and flow rate are steady are widely used at both home and abroad. At the same time, the cyclone burners have many problems during the application of them in China. This paper mainly talks about the problems that the inflammable matter loss is large in cyclone burners and the primary air pipeline is abraded badly in Ning xia Shi Zuishan power plant.Against the problems of the Shi Zuishan power plant, the cold experiment table is established proportionally by the similar model theory, In this paper the hot film anemoscope will measure the furnace outlet air speed and turbulivity of the original steady burn tine and the rebuilt one, analyzing flow situation of the flow field and research that the rebuilt steady burn tine will has influence about coal dust firing or not. Otherwise, in order to reduce the abrasion of primary air pipeline, this paper will use the constant speed sampling gun to measure the distributing condition of coal dust density in cyclone burners and research the dentate flow equalization launder which is modification of the original strip flow equalization launder in the cyclone burners.
