The Research And Development Of A System For Local Short-term Load Forecasting And Characteristics Analyzing

Short-term power load forecasting is an important component of the power of scheduling system, and it is the main source of the electricity market transactions'data. Short-term power load forecasting has become one of the basic tools for the grid control, analysis, and optimization. Hence, it has become imperative to improve the short-term load forecasting accuracy. The present theory and method of short-term load forecasting in our country has already been relatively mature, however, it's still a little difficult to implement them by computer program. The procedure and software that have been developed might be rather simple. Therefore, it's of great research significance to develop a provincial-level short-term power load forecasting and analyzing system, in order to meet the needs of nationwide power supply company. Based on the theory of power load forecasting, this paper studied the modal and method about short-term power load forecasting, elaborated the systemic analyst and systemic design of the short-term power load forecasting methods, at last develop a short-term power load forecasting system.
