This paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of reactive power compensation,it is divided into static and dynamic. Major static compensation,while the majority are based on switched capacitor group,in particular,distribution network. Both theory and practice have shown that Capacitors in the random switched process could produce over-voltage ,high-frequency flow and reignition. Therefore,the devices application is very necessary,it can effectively inhibit over-voltage,high frequency and reignition phenomena.This paper design and develop the synchronization Switch of 10kV capacitor Based on DSP,apply to 10kV substation capacitor switching control program. By measuring and operating the device,we accurately record breaker closing and cutting delay time. According to the functional requirements ,it set by the completion of phase separation switch capacitors operation automatically,that launch in zero-point of every phase voltage,cut in zero-point of every phase current,also known as cross-zero control strategy. Moreover,the device has the different control strategies with different Connection of the capacitors. Meanwhile,a large number of testing for devices,we achieved good results .
