Though the study on the layout and shape of the countryside, this paper try to find out the new mode of the new village construction .Because of the poverty for long time, the countryside lacks the formal scientific space plan, which cause many trouble such as the unbalanced economic situation, low leveled infrastructure, abnormal distribution of resource and the population. Huzhou City is the developed district in Zhejiang Province. Its urbanization also appears chaotic.For the present situation, it is necessary to build up a scientific mode for new village layout. On the one hand, the developed economic situation in Huzhou district can support this mode. On the other hand, this mode can promote the development of Huzhou.As the primary part in the new village plan, the layout involves economics, geography, society and so on. The new mode of layout can provide institution for the construction of new village.
