This thesis introduced the theory, molecular sieves and technological flow of pressure swing adsorption to produce oxygen, made numerical simulation by setting up a model, then got effects of P/F ratios, adsorption pressures and feed flow rates on oxygen purity and recovery. Considering the volume of the produced oxygen, its device's small dimensions, short start-up time, high automated level and so on, in the field of small and medium scale air separation, especially when it was used to provide enriched oxygen, the method of pressure swing adsorption to produce enriched oxygen has obvious advantages, and can be used to provide oxygen with stable concentration.By using the diesel engine 4102BZLQ, explored that enriched oxygen could be used in internal combustion engine or not. By using KIVA-3V code, set up the grid model of combustion chamber, and made some simulations about the combustion process. By simulation, got the rules of spraying the oil, the pressure of gases and the temperature in the cylinder with the changing angle of crank shaft; by simulation, got the distribution law of NOx in the cylinder and the law of NOx's volume with the changing angle of crank shaft, then analysed the laws, at last considered that the volume of the NOx was influenced by the maximum temperature in the cylinder; by simulation, got the regulations of Soot and CO with the changing angle of crank shaft.By using KIVA-3V program, this paper simulated the combustion process of chamber at different oxygen concentrations. As oxygen concentration's increasing, the maximum pressure (Indicated power) and the maximum temperature were increasing, the volume of CO and Soot was decreasing obviously (by 75%), but the volume of NOx was increasing obviously too. By statistical analysis and comparing the results of simulations, thought that the best oxygen concentration was about 23%. After choosing the best oxygen concentration, this thesis did research about some related parameters, it showed that it was advantageous to decreasing NOx by delaying injection timing, and at the same time the effects to Soot and CO were not too much.In order to make that oxygen concentration can track the response and reach the corresponding value, this thesis used the method of fuzzy PID to control enriched oxygen concentration. Fuzzy PID control inherited the advantages of the normal PID control and fuzzy control, has strong Capability of adapting, good robustness and fine anti-interference, especially when the parameters of the controlled system changes, can adapts to the requires of real control process well.
