The Similar Street Space In The Building

With economic and population growth rapidly, people have constructed more and more public buildings. The neighborhood space inclination of these buildings are also appeared. It has been existed for several years.For researching of public buildings' inside space, the article differentiated the pattern of the space to six kinds: linear, concentrative , network , actinomorphic , screwy and combinatorial.In linear space pattern, some public buildings' inside space not only has traffic function, but also accommodate people's activities. The width of the space is about 4 ～20 meters. It connects the different user's space and has the street characteristic. Because of the similarity of the building space and street space, the article defined it as the similar street space in the building.The article analyzed the space pattern, space attribute and main design method of the similar street space. At last, it found the valuation standard and research sense of the similar street space.The author gave a large amount of examples to sum up the design methods from five aspects: space structure, function, ecology, traffic and dimension.It's a complicated work for the evaluation of the similar street space. It includes five basic criterions: clear space , complex function , ecological and energy conservation, attainability of traffic, proper dimension.The design sense of the similar street space exists in two aspects: architecture company and architecture landscape. For architecture company, the standard is whether a similar street space can attract a lot of people and can turn to be a good association space or not. For architecture landscape, the standard is whether a similar street space contains a traffic space and landscapes to improve the quality to the public building space extremely or not.
