The control of assemblage line and the information management are two very important aspects of the modern automobile manufacture. To investigate and enhance the two aspects are a great help to increasing output and improving quality. Based on programmable logic controller (PLC), industrial control network and data collection technique, this thesis develops a production control and information management system of automobile assemblage. In the system the human- machine interface software, RSView SE, is used to develop a production monitoring system with powerful functions. These functions include the real time display and control of production process,the real time statistics of product information,the monitoring and control of device status, and so on. The running of the system indicates that that the system developed by the thesis has perfect functions and high automation level.This thesis consists of five chapters. Chapter one introduces the background of the task, reviews the application and development history of the electric control and information management system of the automobile production. Chapter two introduces the automobile production flow and the collocation and function of automobile assemblage area. Chapter three briefly introduces the electric control system and the network configuration of automobile assemblage line, and gives the network design and some programming details. Chapter four introduces the development of the monitor and control system by using RSView SE, which is based on PLC and network technique. Chapter five introduces the development details of information management system of the automobile production based on data collection technique. |
