Studying on digital electro-hydraulic control (DEH) system has great significant sense to the safety and economy in operation of steam turbine. In this paper, it precedes the scheme design and establishment of DEH experimental table based on DEH control system. It builds up the mathematical model of electronic-hydraulic convertor and also the emulation research on the dynamic performance under typical malfunction of this model is included. It takes the DEH system in Tianjin Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant as the investigated subject, studies the valve management modes of single and sequence valve. Determine parameters are settled and degree of overlapping in valves in sequence valve controlled mode, which gives test guide to parameter setting in valve management. Regulating stage efficiency is derived and calculated depending on single and sequence valve control modes. By contrast, the influence of degree of overlapping working on regulating stage efficiency and system in sequence valve control mode is discussed. |
