Oil pollution from ships is one of the most important factor in the ocean pollution. In assessment of ocean ecosystem damage for oil pollution from ships, the natural environment injures is the most complicated one and hard winning well of indemnification, and the undeveloped technology of assessment of ocean ecosystem damage for oil pollution from ships is the main reason in our-country's oil pollution indemnity insufficiency and enormous and in international indemnification. This dissertation based on the analysis of assessment for oil pollution damage from ships and depended on the rules and law in our county, classifies ocean ecosystem and develops the procedure of assessment of ocean ecosystem damage for oil pollution from ships. The assessment methods of ocean environment capacity and the calculational ways of losing is dealed with, and the connection between ocean environment capacity and the expenses of the dirty water disposted is developed. The parameters of profession that used the sea is introduced, and the assessment formula to ocean environment capacity damage and the example to validate, it is derivated.By Habitant Equivalency Analysis abroad and The Average Public Value of The World Ocean Ecosystem System , the ocean ecosystem system of the sea area polluted is classified. Contraposing different sorts of ecosystem system , the assessment of ocean ecosystem serving fuctions damage by modificatory formula of Habitant Equivalency Ayalysis is assessed. The rationality, validity and feasibility of assessment of ocean ecosystem damage for oil pollution from ships is analyzed. By Visual Basic6.0, the assessment program is developed. Finally, the conclusions of the study is gived, deficiency is analyzed, aim of the rearch is prospected, and the more scientific and reasonable ways of assessment on ocean ecosystem damage for oil pollution from ships is hoped to be found.
