This paper is an analysis and study of the reliability and economical for the turbine unit operating integrated the 200MW turbine flow technology amelioration of HANDAN Thermal& Power Co. .It is analyzed the problem existed in the original turbine operating and lacuna existed in the design on the safe reliability and economical side. It is stressed on the hidden trouble and cause result in high heatrate. It is explained that indispensable and impendence of carry the turbine reconstructive into execution for the object of adapting power market reform and detach the generate electricity and electricity net.It is also analyzed the phenomenon of vibration and meet grind. Some ameliorate measure are bring forward. The character such as the structure and material is thorough analyzed aim at the practical problem.In the last chapters, summarize the unit operting conditions and performance test result, at the same time, it is listed the question need to solve at future. We also do some experimentation on the units that has been reconstructed. The results shows that the heat cost has been decended by about 372.15 kJ/(kW·h), and the rating power output advanced to 220MW.
