Near year, with the development of traffic, bridge construct have a big manifold. Especially, nearly all the middle and small bridge structure are built with hinge-box bridge slab. For it is easy to design and prefabricate. Inland has done a lot of research to enhance cost effectiveness of bridge by optimizing structure. Researching show that before bridges destroy, hinge has been wreck. Choosing appropriate hinge can enhance cost effectiveness of bridge.In this paper, three kinds of hinges have been choosed, Includeing: there are not reinforcing steel bar in hinges, there are reinforcing steel bar in with armor plate up the R.C slab and having reinforcing steel bar with armor plate up and down the RC slab. Based on the experiment research of three RC slabs with different hinges, gaining the interaction curve of the load landscape orientation distributing,interaction curve between load and deflection and the interaction curve between load and strain of RC slabs. Besides, by using the nonlinear finite-element method, we made an effective analysis of three concrete slabs.At last, in this paper, a conclusion been given out: based on load landscape orientation distributing, the hinge with armor plate up the R.C slab is the best of this kinds hinges. Comparing hing with armor plate up the R.C slab with armor plate up and down the RC slab, the latter hardly any enhance landscape orientation distributing. Compaing between the computed results and the experimental results, and they are in good agreement.Although the hinge with armor plate up and down the R.C slab does not enhance landscape orientation distributing remarkably, the more armor plate can decrease the load of hinges and delay the craze of soleplate's concrete.it is availability for wear of bridge.
