| With its development and application, digital definition technology has become essential in the solution of engineering design problem. Manufacturing model data management is the trend of manufacturing-oriented digital definition of aircraft sheet metal parts, and relates to some aspects of engineering design such as manufacturability evaluation, process planning and tool design. So it's important to make the creation and using of manufacturing model data normative and controllable, and provide manufacturing model data at every stage of engineering design for practical application.In this paper, manufacturing model data of aircraft sheet metal parts is researched in some aspects such as data organization, definition process, management mode, application method, software system, application schema and example. The Research is based on theory of Manufacturing-Oriented Multi-State Model for Aircraft Sheet Metal Parts (MOSS) and product data management (PDM), and focused on people, data and process, which are the three main elements of data creation, organization and application. The main content of this paper include:(1) Character and application demand of manufacturing model data of aircraft sheet metal parts is analyzed; the Manufacturing-oriented multi-state model for sheet metal parts is further studied, data organization and definition process of manufacturing model is investigated.(2) Relation between departments and human roles of manufacturing model date management is analyzed and rule-based role and access control model is built. With data organization strategy based on multi-state model, node data model of manufacturing model data management is proposed. Process of state dividing for aircraft sheet metal parts is described, and its principle, method and representation are given. The state dividing method based on knowledge and XML(eXtensible Markup Language) representation of dividing schema are built. Flow management model of manufacturing model's design and transformation is built.(3) With constructing the integration application of manufacturing model data of sheet metal parts, its function and implementation is analyzed and relation between multi-state model definition system, PDM system and platform of engineering design. Manufacturing Model Data Resource(MMDR) is built, and manufacturing model-based digital transfer method is proposed. |
