For resolving these problems, the domestic and international scholar carried on to the cam organization to study extensively and thoroughly from the different angle of view.This text passes the self-made high-speed cam experiment set, from test of angle, pass to combine together the test data and the theories analysis, discuss the influence of the dynamics parameter upon the cam organization of the cam organization. This thesis divided into mostly three greatly par: the design of the cam test-bed, set up the mold and analysis, the experiment and data collect.First, we design the cam test-bed, and designed the cam of correspond regulation. Then carried on manufacture on a trial basis to the experiment set, we find lots of problem and solved them. In the time, the experiment set carried on an improvement, made the experiment pedestal more reasonable.At the theories aspect, the adoption simple single freedom degree the system as a model, using concentrated quality and just degree, analysis the system dynamics problem as analyze method. In the aspects of test, will design the manufacturing cam experiment set by ourself, and impolder corresponding the data collects the system and data to show interface, carry on a related experiment also.Then we experimentalize of the cam experiment pedestal, and disposed the experiment data, discussed the accuracy of the data and the influence of the error margin in the meantime.
