| Through studing the principle and characteristic of stepping motor, the mathematical model is established. According to the character of the hybrid stepping motor, the CAD system is designed.This paper firstly studied the design method of the hybrid stepping motor and collected the development tendency of electrical machinery CAD. Based on those work, a hybrid stepping motor CAD system is programmed through C++ Builder 6 which is visual and object-oriented programming. This CAD system which bases on engineering database and runs on the platform of Windows is modularized and opening. This CAD system gathers functions of motor design, performance characteristic,structure image,report print and so on. With a friendly interface, this CAD system can effectively complete the design of hybrid stepping motor.In this thesis, the frame of the CAD software is introduced, and some important tecniques such as database, graphics and so on are deeply studied. Some effective solutions of the difficulties are proposed and the programming codes are also provided.At last, an example of the hybrid stepping motor is designed and the experiment result demonstrates the validity of the system which has many virtues such as friendly interface,convenient operation, powerful function, accurate calculation and so on. |
