Automobile door is an important part of structural complexity in automobile body the design of which directly influences on riding safety, side visual field and convenience. It is an important step in the procedure of body design. Accessories of the automobile door is also important to the door design, nowadays how to design the automobile door efficiently, accurately and intelligently, and to shorten design period are key points in the research of automobile design methodology. Therefore, to develop a special system for the design of automobile door is theoretically and practically significant.The basic theory and technology of modern products design is the basis of product develop and research system with knowledge driven. So, after it had set forth on analyzing about knowledge conception, knowledge denotation, knowledge acquire, knowledge reasoning and so on artificial intelligence theory, also some technology correlative this task, this paper lucubrate a kind of product design system structure.This paper concerned on accessories of the automobile door, study the basic theory and key technology of KBE, collected the design knowledge and standards of door accessories from enterprises, so as to develop a parameterized modeling, layout method on the knowledge-based engineering. Combined with 3D modeling technology, a knowledge driven design method during 3D digitized models was brought forward.This paper has developed a prototype system for accessories of the automobile door design in UGNX3.0 software, which with UG/Open tools, knowledge KF language of engineering development and language MFC of Visual C++ develop tool, knowledge driven product design method as guide. Aims at the electric power transformer instance, has finished several modules as parameterized modeling model, automated assemble module, KBE interface realization module, blueprint design guidance module etc.Finally, this paper sums up the research achievements and points out the design orientation. |
