The thesis employs the method of CFD to solve the hydrodynamic problems in the field of ocean engineering. The advantages of numerical simulation method are as follows: It will not be able to be restricted by physical model and experimental model, also with better flexibility, strong adaptability and extensive application field, which can satisfy the requirements for engineering.With the oceanic oil exploration striding forward to deep sea gradually, more and more attention is paid to a good many of fluid mechanics problems by people. Because we are confronted by more complicated problems than shallow sea, in order to solve problems brought in engineering field, it is necessary to make further research and exploring on the problems in the field of ocean engineering. At present, the oscillation of heave plates and vortex induced vibration are the two problems which are most widely interested in engineering field.
