The measurement of training parameters in intelligent rehabilitation equipment is the kernel components in the advanced fitness and rehabilitation equipments. They can measure the real-time movement parameters and physiological parameters accurately, which are of great significance for clinical diagnosis and rehabilitation training.This study origin from a development project from the Germany Company "DAVID FITNESS & MEDICAL". Because the functions of the measurement cassette allocated in the original rehabilitation equipment are relatively simple, and the interface with PC is serial port, we develop a new measurement cassette for obtaining the training parameters, including six channels of EMG, the torque and the angle signals from relevant sensors. After processing by the MCU, the parameters are displayed in the LCD, and wirelessly transmitted to the host PC. These functions made the system more flexibility and ease.The data collection terminal uses SST89E564RD as the control chip. After rationally distributing the input/output interface resources, a system with functions of multi-channel analog signal acquisition, LCD display, wireless transmission and power management has been implemented.The nRF905 chip, made of Nordic company in Norway, is adopted as a GFSK modulated transmitter-receiver for wireless transmission, it offers a transmission speed of...
