Abstract/Summary:
Box girder with corrugated steel webs is a new type of bridge structure abroad.The utility model relates to a new type of steel concrete composite structure which is composed of three parts,namely the concrete top and bottom plates,the external prestressing tendons and the corrugated steel webs,Because it makes full use of the material characteristics of concrete and steel,so it has good mechanical properties,the box beam structure is greatly reduced on a great extent and the number of works of the substructure is greatly reduced.This structure is first applied in France,After the initial development,especially in Japan and Europe and the United States have been widely used.From the domestic and international development,the transverse width of single bridge before has been unable to meet the rapid development of traffic demand,so the lateral width of the bridge must be increased.The box girder with corrugated steel webs is gradually applied to wide bridge deck,in order to guarantee the shearing resistance,we often need to set up a plurality of diaphragms in Box Girders,therefore,the application of single box multi chamber box girder bridge in the world will be more and more.At present,the research of single box single room concrete box girder and single box multi chamber concrete box girder at home and abroad has been relatively perfect.However,there are few researches on the box girder with single box and multi chamber corrugated steel webs.In order to meet the requirements of traffic and better play the advantages of corrugated steel web box girder,It is necessary to study the box girder with single box and multi chamber corrugated steel webs.Because of this kind of bridge will be changed into a more concrete web thin corrugated steel webs,the torsional stiffness of box girder with corrugated steel webs is greatly reduced.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study the torsion and distortion of box girder under eccentric load.In this paper,the theory of torsion analysis of thin-walled structures is considered,Corrugated steel web box girder for cross section height.The equation of normal stress restrained torsion and the formulas for calculating normal stress,shear stress and deflection are obtained by using the initial parameter method.This paper are based on the background of the Nanchang Chaoyang Bridge and 10:1bridge geometry scale model built by laboratory experiment.The model bridge is a three span continuous composite box girder with Corrugated Webs.In this paper,the finite element model of the bridge is established by using the finite element software ANSYS and analysis the torsional characteristics of the model bridge,My main work is the following aspects:1、This paper based on the initial parameter method,establish the formulas for calculating the normal stress,shear force and deflection of the composite box girder bridge with single box and multi chamber corrugated steel webs,Then analysis the torsional force qualitatively;2、This paper based on the scale model of single box multi-cell box girder with corrugated steel webs,The bending normal stress,the normal stress and the warping normal stress are obtained under two load conditions;3、Based on the finite element model,the stress and deformation of the critical section under eccentric and symmetrical loads are studied;The validity of the numerical solution is verified by comparing the normal stress,shear stress and deflection deformation obtained from the experimental results with the finite element model.So it can to provide a certain degree of accuracy for engineering practice.Meanwhile,It can also provide recommendations for the design of a single box multi room Bridge and provide theoretical and practical basis for evaluating the bearing capacity and service life of existing bridges。...
