With the development of economy and technology, the formation of modern constructions has changed greatly. More and more Large public buildings, all kinds of stadiums, stations, underground stations have been build. Such kinds of places have large number persons usually. The capacity of evacuation of such places and how to describe the behavior when person evacuated shows a great importance.Since the 50 years of last century, many kinds of models have been promoted. These models can be classified into three types as follows: Network Model which ignores the difference of person, Gridding Model which considers the different characteristic of person, and the Network-Gridding Model which has the ability to model the change of person's position in a flexible way and the characteristic of person.In the Gridding Model, evacuee can only move among the grids which were preformed with unchangeable sizes. While the Model we developed in this paper, supposes that the evacuee can reach any position in the plan which is not hold by the obstacle. Such kind of hypothesis is much more close to the reality.As to the aspect of exit choosing, "Exit Attraction" was introduced in this paper, so that much more factors which influence the exit choosing can be considered. Compared to the "Distance Principle", such consideration is much more reasonable.The way finding algorithm mentioned in this paper is based on the conception of "Sub Target" which is calculated from the geometry relationship of the position of evacuee, the coordinate of exit and the obstacle between them. This algorithm can be easily understand and is well fitted to simulate the phenomena of circumambulation. When the person choose the way to evacuate, the "Exclude Force of Person" which gives a more reasonable method to decide the evacuation way was adopted.
