Aerospace technique is not only important in national defense field, but also plays the more and more significant role in people's daily life. As the key equipment of hardware-in-the-loop simulation, the flight simulator is important in the design of modern aircraft. In this thesis the analysis and design of the control system of HIT-1 flight simulator are introduced.Firstly, based on the request of the performance index and function, the control scheme of simulation turntable, the choice of the mainly apparatus and the control method are introduced.Secondly , the paper studies particularly on hydraulic pressure servo system of the middle-loop and the outer-loop of the simulation turntable, constructs its control math model which integrates PID control, and gives a way to expand the control band theoretically, using current ring, position ring, rate ring combining with pre-feedback. Through contrasting simulation curve by Matlab/Simulink to the real test in the field, our design of the control system is reasonable.Control system is the soul of the simulation turntable. The whole control system concludes the simulation computer, industrial computer, servo control cards, D/A conversion cards, power amplifier and so on. Especially, the design of the power amplifier of the servo valve is analyzed. By the theoretical analysis of the hydraulic pressure servo system and the debugging in the field, the bandwidth and the testing precision reach the demand of the system.In the end of the thesis, non-linear,developing of the bandwidth, low rate and synchronous character are studied.
