This paper has a research on servo oil-source system included in the integrated design of simulation table, and finally checks its solutions.Since simulation table needs the requirements of super low speed, wide speed regulation, high frequency response, high precision, strong real-time communication and being a managerial role, its key techniques include servo oil-source system, reliability engineering, development of inner frame hydraulic servomotor with hollow shaft, real-time control under Windows NT, realization of low-speed stationarity, dynamic coupling problem between frames, system wide band and duplex motor synchronization etc. It has important significance to research and check the above key techniques for determination of integrated program of inertial test table.This paper takes an emphasis on researching servo oil-source system in the simulation table program, and finally checks rationality of control strategy through the field test. Oil-source control system mainly controls start-up and stop of oil-source system motor, main oil circuit pressure sensor, control oil circuit pressure sensor, temperature sensor, liquid level sensor, and signal receiving, processing and warning of clogging signal sensor. By theoretical analysis, oil-source design can meet system requirement.Oil-source program in this paper is well proved during the test and set-up of simulation table, and reaches system performance index. These methods and strategies have some reference values for research on the key techniques of table. This project has passed the evaluation of expert group, and is considered to reach leading level in civil.
