Precision centrifuge is a kind of inertial navigation test equipment which is used for calibrating characteristics of accelerometer with high-overloading. The precision of centripetal acceleration and the attitude of centrifuge has a bearing on calibrating precision of the tested accelerometer. Therefore improving the accuracy of the precision centrifuge is an important method for improving the testing and calibrating accuracy of the accelerometer.On the basis of the JML-â… precision centrifuge, the measurement method of rotary errors of the spindle in precision centrifuge, which used 4 displacement sensors is introduced. The first harmonic errors which include the coning movement and the first linear harmonic movement were calculated, the influences of these errors on the centripetal acceleration, its distribution and the distribution of gravitational acceleration are expounded in detail. Thus the input average acceleration on the calibrated accelerometer is compensated for, the calibration accuracy of the accelerometer is enhanced further.From the geography coordinate system to the tested accelerometer coordinate system, every position and attitude error is transferred by means of homogeneous transformation, thus homogeneous transformation matrices of the tested accelerometer coordinate system versus the geography coordinate system and versus the main axis coordinate system are attained, the accurate distributions of the gravity and the centripetal acceleration on the input, pendular and output axis of the tested acceleration are also acquired. Through synthesizing the centripetal, the gravity and the Coriolis acceleration distributions, the accurate acceleration on the input, pendular and output axis of the tested acceleration are gained. Primary factors that influence integrated of the precision centrifuge are analyzed, working radius uncertainty, static and dynamic misalignment angle errors, angular velocity errors of the main axis.A method of measuring static misalignment angle of the precision centrifuge is puts forward by means of the tested accelerometer, this accelerometer is mounted on the workpiece plane of the precision centrifuge.
