The Signal Acquisition And Processing In Measurement And Control System Of General-Purpose Simulation Platform Of Satellite Control

The general-purpose simulation platform of satellite control is a kind of physical simulation equipment, which is used to perform simulation test of various satellites'control system. On the background of designing measurement and control system in this simulation platform, this paper makes deeply research in signal acquisition and processing. The measurement and control system is an important portion in the simulation platform, it can not only carry out performance specification test of single equipment on satellite one by one, but also is able to be the subsystem of the simulation system to accomplish closed loop simulation task with simulation platform.First, in order to make the measurement and control system can acquire and process all sorts of signals, based on the deeply analysis of voltage, temperature and current signals, the acquiring and controlling methods of analog signals are discussed in detail in this paper. Afterwards, the corresponding hardware circuits are designed, and the correctness of the methods are verified by means of experiments.Secondly, this paper studies the corresponding knowledge of signal procession, and according to these knowledge, the classical digital filter and kalman filter are designed from two aspects, respectively, which ensure the signals that the simulation platform needs completely satisfied the requirements. After comparing the filter results of the two filters, the kalman filter is chosen as the way of processing analog signal in the measurement and control system. Thirdly, based on the understanding of the function which the measurement and control system has, the virtual instrument software developing platform LabVIEW is adopted to design the measurement and control system software to complete the measurement and control task with the hardware.Finally, after linking this measurement and control system to the simulation platform as a subsystem of the simulation system, the real experiments are performed. The experiments indicate that the designed hardware and software can achieve the requirements which the general-purpose simulation platform asked the measurement and control system to accomplish.
