With the development of automobile industry and road transportation, traffic accident has become a serious problem in the world, so the research on road traffic accident reconstruction is urgent and necessary. In accidents, the collision accident is the most serious one.Finally it instantly and can not be known in detail by intuition. Therefore, it is urgent to study collision accident comprehensively and systematically, and the research also is the academic foundation to analyze and deal with traffic accident.Depend on my experience of deal with the traffic accident and the direct requirement of traffic accident transactor, the theory of vehicle impact is researched profoundly and a new traffic accident reconstruction and analysis system is carried out with computer science and theory of vehicle impact in this thesis. The purpose is to assist reconstructing the accident, judge the party's responsibility and reduce the civil dissension and criminal law. Based on system design, this main work is as following.First, on the basis of reading large numbers of literature, the thesis summarizes the study actuality,latest achievement and latest development of reconstruction and analysis system in visual environment in and out our country, realizes the actuality and requirement of accident transactor dealing with the accident and carries on a system design linked to lots of experiment of accident disposing.Second, on the basis of summarizing the research results, this thesis deeply discusses the calculating model to analyze the instantaneous motion state in collision and the interrelation between restitution coefficient and vehicle collision speed. According to the car-to-car collision and car-to- pedestrian collision,the kinetic model at vehicle collision moment is established, and a calculating method for collision accident is developed in this thesis. According to the vehicle velocity before impact, the thesis calculates the post collision velocity and the displacement after collision, then does the accident reconstruction.
