Development And Research On Multifunctional Experimental Devices Of Refrigeration And Air Conditioning

As the refrigeration equipments diversify and their performing standard have been made, refrigeration and air-condition experimental system has been increasing widely used. A lot of the work in the field of refrigeration and air-condition such as study, developing and course teaching cannot be done without the experiment work. And the experimental system is the fundamental basis of the numbers of experiments.Given the multifunctional refrigeration and air-condition experimental system developing project as the reference case, this paper presents the work in the developing idea of the system, the measurement method, the measurement apparatuses, the hardware sharing, the collecting and dealing of the data and so on. The content is as following:(1) A room with a constant temperature and humidity in enthalpy potential method has been built up. The maximum value of the testing range of the air-condition set used in experiment is 7kW. The referring parameters of the system in experimental refrigeration/heating work condition of the system; the heater and humidity adding device have been calculated to decide the type. Also, the relevant parameters of the fans, the size of the flat boards and the ratio of opening have been calculated and designed to keep the room uniformity in temperature and humidity. The structure of the wind tunnel has been designed according to the GB gauge. And the numbers of the nozzles is increased and decreased to get an accurate result of the air flux of different range.(2) A set of compressor performing testing system is built up. Main measurement is the method of heat balance of condenser, and the assistant measurement is the method of heat balance of evaporator.The output of refrigeration is 14kW. The thermal calculating results of the system, the design calculating of the evaporator, condenser, heat exchanger and the cooling-water tower are given, too.(3) To achieve purpose of the sharing of the hardware, we made the corresponding test at different work condition given by the room with a constant temperature and humidity in enthalpy potential method, such as the air-condition closet testing system, air-to-air exchanger testing system, and the fan-performing testing system. The test of corresponding devices has been made by utilizing the water system with the relevant stable parameters, including: the water chilling unit testing system, the water-to-water exchanger performing testing system, the water pump performing testing system and so on.(4) An automobile measuring and controlling system for the testing system has been done. The regulating of the relevant apparatus was done to make the system stable in the work condition for the experimental testing. The computers collected different local data from the serial interface. Then, the analysis and calculating of the data, the printing task of the data report could be done by using the expert software.
