Supported by The Jiangsu 10th Five-Year scientific tackling key project and focused on the new-style super-speed subway dynamical bodywork,this dissertation systematically studied the key CAE techniques including the modelling method, static and mode analysis of the finite element (FE) model, size and topology optimization of the structure of the whole body. The contents and innovative points of this dissertation include:1. The CAD model of each part and whole body were established according to the SOLIDWORKS platform to lay foundation for establishing the bodywork construction CAE analysis model.2. The finite element (FE) model of each part and whole body were established .The model could reflect the dynamic properties of the structure exactly and the scale of the FE model was controlled to a level which could be accepted by the present computer and the modelling efficiency was also taken into account during the modelling process.3. Static analysis was preceded on the FE modal under each standard load, according to subway vehicle design standard and the positions that stress concentrated were got to offer idea for optimization next step according to the material's strength extreme limit.4. Mode analysis was preceded on the FE modal under the each main load according to the basic theories of mode analysis to get dynamic characteristic of original dynamical bodywork, and that also offers idea for optimization next step.5. The parameter model of dynamical bodywork was established by using the optimization function of the ANSYS according to the basic theories of optimization. The design to decrease the mass of whole body was preceded when keeping the dynamic characteristic of whole body based on the dynamical analysis of the body.6. Dynamic characteristic of the main construction pieces was got based on the dynamical analysis of the body and section shape of main construction pieces was acquired by using ALTAIR software according to the basic theories of topology optimization that provides the idea for structure design.The thesis's research work offers the experience of construction design and analysis on the aluminum metal alloy bodywork to provide certain idea in the aspect of developing orbit vehicle of the our country the subway vehicle with the right of independence knowledge and enhancing the level of design.
