| Fabricated prestressed concrete simple T-shape beam bridge belongs to statically determinate structure with single hole. Because its stress is definite and its constitution is simple , standardized production and construction are easy. It is very widely used in China.Whereas there are many damaged bridges in practice, criteria for limit of bearing capacity is more and more important. Profound research in limit status of beams, and latent of load-bearing , emergency capecity , rest life and so forth are all with significance not only in theory and practice.Through carrying on destructive tests on pre-stressed concrete freely supported T-shape beam bridge, this paper multi-analyzed the stress, failure course, failure mechanism and failure distinction of these bridges. Collecting the stress, deflection, crack width, crack extent, limit load and so on of these bridges under stepped load-on till destroy in order to support basis on the limited bearing capacity assessment of these pre-stressed concrete bridges, verify demurral of design of these bridges,check rationality of existing bridges constructional design.Make use of the large general finite-element procedure ANSYS, adopt 3-d elastic-plastic solid finite-element method to emulate analysis the whole process of the solid bridge experiment, obtain the structure respond and the development regulation of the bridge experiment's deformation, stress and crack in the whole process. I studied the bridge stress(internal force) develop regulation, redistribute regulation and rigidity degrading regulation, and carry on the contrast analysis to the spot experiment value, then verified the applicability of the computes model; Carrying on analysis to some factors that influence the carrying capacity of the bridge; Making study on the material model, model building strategy and calculation method in emulation, and searching the finite-element emulation method adapt to the solid bridge, above all can provide reference in the same kind of bridges'carrying capacity analysis when use the finite-element method in the future.《Industry workshop reliability appraisal standard》is referred to, and bridge carrying capacity evaluating criterion of American is used for reference. girder bridge structure carrying capacity security and reliability evaluating method research is done, and girder bridge carrying capacity appraisal formula is advanced to analysis the degree of bridge. |
