| With favorable high-blooded capability and strong adaption cast steel joints has applied in many large span-space structures, but there is not a well-rounded design method which can be used. In this case ,experimental analysis is needed in order to extend the new type. In this way we can lucubrate its destructive model and stress distribution, at the same time we can can prove he method of finite element analysis is right. Based on the elastic-plastic analysis theory, the static behavior is studied of cast steel joints by the use of nonlinear FEW Stress distribution, destructive model and influence of joint geometric parameters on joint strength are analyzed. Based on the test and theory on the cast steel joints in The Center of Exhibition And Sport in Nantong , the stress distribution of the cast steel joint is obtained in this paper .The research of this article mainly manifests in the following aspects:(1) Based on the full-scale loading test on cast steel joints in Nantong stadium ,the stress in the cast steel joints is obtained . Well, which can prove the test method and provide the result of test is reliable .(2) Based on the elastic-plastic analysis theory,this paper take the finite element analysis about the cast steel joint model with ANSYS . By comparing the result of the test and the result of the finite element analysis,it is proved that the result of analysis when the bilinear isotropic hardening for material model and the result of test matches each other well.So it is proved that the method of finite element analysis is right .(3) The stress distribution is discussed of cast steel joint by the finite element analysis about the cast steel joint model,and by analysis the influence of joint geometric parameters on joint strength some result is obtained which is helpful to the design of cast steel joint .(4) In the end, some suggestions are presented about the further research problem of cast steel joints. The research in the paper is helpful to compile code in China. |
