After that, based on analyzing and comparing the frequent-used evaluation methods, the fuzzy synthetic evaluation and other mathematical methods are used to formulate a fuzzy model of highway express passenger transportation system synthetic evaluation. During the course of evaluation, how to determine indicator weight arid subordinate degree is the emphases as well as difficulties, this paper uses Delphi expert questionaire and AHP in obtaining weight and quantifying value of each indicator with intent to ensure the objectivity of the model. At last, this paper validates the practicability of assessment model and method with a case study and comes to the satisfied conclution.
