Comprehensive Transportation Hubs Dynamic Evaluation Method For Passenger Organization

Comprehensive transportation hubs is the place which realize the effective conversion of transportation way, its main function is to realize the transfer between inside and outside the city traffic. And the comprehensive traffic hubs in China is still in the large-scale development stage, the actual operating experience less, hub planning and construction lagging caused a series of transfer inconvenience such as multiple transportation modes cohesion discordant, equipment matching flawed, passenger transfer inconvenience and so on. Therefore, how to conduct effectively hub station transfer passenger organization and provides a quick, comfortable environment for passengers is a significant link of hub tranferring,which has the important practical significance.First, based on the analysis of the status of domestic and foreign research,this paper studies the comprehensive traffic hubs and analies the content of transferring passenger organization.lt expounds the method by adjusting the customer service equipment to ease the pressure of hub passenger transferring at peak times. The study provides the basis for the dynamic evaluation and analysis of passenger organization of comprehensive transportation hubs. Second,the paper puts forward two-step dynamic evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, constructs a dynamic evaluation index system of passenger organization of comprehensive transportation hubs and establiashes simulation quantitative platform based on hubs environment model and passenger traffic flow model to quantify the dynamic evaluation index. Finally, the paper analyses and verifies the dynamic evaluation method of passenger organization of comprehensive transportation hubs combined with Beijing south station. An application example verifies evaluation method system in the hub of passenger organization transfer effective and further shows the important meaning of dynamic factors in the hub evaluation.
