The Changhe bridge on Anhui-Hangzhou expressway has a tri-span of 75+130+75m. It is a continuous box beam bridge with variable cross-section, made of prestressed reinforced concrete. The pile foundation of bridge passes through soft soil, sub-clay, clay and sandy soil. And the bearing stratum of pile is in weakly and gently weathered malm, between which marly clay is contained. Besides, the pier base is a quite large concrete block of 13. 8X9. 8X3. 5m. So to the concrete it is necessary to make a special design of proportion and take some crack-proof measures during the construction. Considering these basic characteristics, this thesis is contributed to following aspects about construction: to introduce the procedure and burying of shield sleeve, to analyze the common error and advance the solving methods under drilling, to analyze the production process design and technique of underwater concrete under construction. It has been a well-considered method to pour prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge with hanging basket. However, integrating several characteristics of this brigde with practical construction, this thesis emphatically introduce the design project of construction, the production process and craft, the choice and design of hanging basket and the technique of cast-in-situ with cradle. And we also study the technique of balance cantilever pouring and construction controlling about cantilever pouring of continuous beam bridge. These would provide experience and reference of cantilever pouring for over-water foundation and continuous beam bridge of large span.
