Base on studying and analyzing the experts' fruits systematically, according to the features and commons of cracks in hydraulic concrete, my treatise design a simulation system in thermal stress and temperature field analysis of the hydraulic building in plain .The main contents are as follows:1 , Summarize the theory and methods in thermal stress analysis, in the light of the problems of cracks in hydraulic buildings spreading all over the plain, put forward a simulator frame in thermal stress analysis of hydraulic buildings.2, Dissect the ABAQUS architecture, and set up a poly-operation model which bases on Python language. By means of the ABAQUS kernel functions, bring out auto-setting up complex models, auto-loading boundary conditions, auto-selecting codes and surfaces of the models, and such automation functions. This modules reinforce the model-building functions of ABAQUS radically.3 , Develop the ABAQUS interface with FORTRAN, resolve the relating problems such as heat yielding rate changing follows to the time changing, young's modulus changing follows to the time adding and etc to ABAQUS.4 , Develop surrounding temperature auto-forming module, auto-form the curve of atmosphere temperature changing in construction period, and can consider cold current conveniently.5, Design the major operating data architecture, which includes the factors such as heat releasing curve, young's modulus raising curve, foundation parameter, heat conduction parameter and so on. Design user's output windows.6, The current ABAQUS/CAE have not living and dead elements operating function. Through auto-setting up loading data modules in the basic INP files, it can auto-simulates building structures by stages in construction period.7, Use the system to calculate the pier concrete thermal stress on SanCha River in Nanjing, and have reasonable results, which prove this system can increase working efficiency extremely.
