Mass concrete in the construction process will produce a lot of hydration heat,due to the large volume,the internal heat is not easy to discharge,it will have a greater temperature rise,resulting in concrete structure to produce telescopic stress,concrete tensile capacity is only One-tenth of the compressive capacity,When the concrete structure produce a greater tensile stress,it will lead to its cracking,resulting in surface cracks or through cracks,resulting in a very adverse impact.Therefore,it is very important to take effective measures to control the temperature rise of concrete.There are many types of artificial cooling methods for mass concrete.One of the most commonly used methods in engineering practice is the installation of cooling water pipes,which have a more pronounced effect on reducing the temperature and stress of concrete structures.In this paper,the author mainly summarize the current situation of the application of water pipe cooling method in the temperature control and anti-cracking of mass concrete and the development situation at home and abroad.The calculation principle of finite element in the calculation of mass concrete temperature field,the calculation principle and calculation of tube temperature field.simulated and analyzed the influence of cooling water pipe on the temperature field of concrete by MAID AS/CIVIL software,analyzed The influence of cooling water pipe on the temperature field of concrete.Considering the influence of air temperature,concrete hydration heat and concrete pouring temperature,The effect of changing the length of water,the distance between water pipe and the diameter of water pipe on the temperature of concrete,and put forward the method to reduce the temperature rising of concrete.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The author introduces the research status of mass concrete temperature field at home and abroad,the development of tube cooling analysis,the principle of tube cooling analysis,and the calculation and analysis of MAIDAS/CIVIL software.(2)Taking the raft foundation of a high-rise building as an engineering example,the author analyze the influence of the temperature change of the cooling water pipe,the length of the water,the spacing of the water pipe and the diameter of the water pipe on the concrete temperature field and obtain some suitable parameters.(3)The author established the finite element model by MIDAS/Civil software,carried out the comparison of the temperature field and the analysis of the temperature field of the concrete,obtained the optimal scheme and the best parameters.(4)Based on the analysis,the author analyzed the main factors leading to the cracks in concrete,and how to reduce the cooling effect of concrete pipe cooling is the best.
