This article takes the FCX-2000 milling machine of my factory as the studied object, analysising its existed technique problems present, especially considering the generatrix curve of new product—liquid oxygen kerosene engine in our country, and brings forwards a new machining method and rebuild scheme. To make technology alteration on the milling machine is for searching after a new high precision technology and method. The work of this article includes three parts as follow:1. the alteration of control system. We select standard NC system and correlation parts on the base of reserving the old milling machine 's machine frame and movement parts. The control system is mostly make up of FANUC 0i four coordinates three linkages NC system, 2 series of a30 all numeric AC servo electromotor and 2 series of a12 all numeric AC servo electromotor etc. Due to adopting standard NC system, the dependability and maintenance of control system is improved and the numeric process of machining is realized.2. the alteration of profile modeling system. Spurning the old profile modeling technology of hydraulic pressure, machine or profile modeling instrument, We introduce the international advanced technology-Laser sampling profile modeling system. This system includes: linearity displacement laser sensor, standard PC multilab card and high performance computer and etc. The system can realize the automatization of profile modeling.3.auto-programming software realization. The software can get workpiece's model generatrix according to manual measured finity points and form workpiece's original info files, Laser sampling system can scan and measure the model outside radial line of the workpiece along generatrix , then finally form samping files. Sampling files, the dimension of workpiece and craftwork rules are automatically read into program, Software calls curve interpolation function and builds workpiece real three dimension model, finally outputs standard NC program file and controls milling machine to complete product. The software includes these main function: auto-sampling function, curve auto-interpolation function, building three dimension model function, auto-creating standard NC program function and auto-compensating on the radius of milling cutter etc.It was confirmed by practice that the parameters selected of the NC system used is reasonable, the status of working is stable and reliable, the sampling of imitating system is exacting, the application scope of the device has been enlarged, the precise that the curves which was generated by the auto programming software fits the curves which was computed reach to the design requirement. The product which was produced by the device has been used for the experiment of liquid rocket enginery.
