Housing industrialization is the development direction of housing industry in China and it will give a push to the national economic. New technology, new building material and new system constitute the basement of housing industrialization. Steel structure house can be made standard in factory, while the wallboard it used is a new type material which is energy-saving and non-pollution. These are necessary for the housing industrialization. It is sure that with the development of steel structure technology, housing industrialization in china will make a rapid progress. As one of the core technology, the steel structure system play a important role in the development of housing industrialization in China.This paper study and resolve a series problem and supply a great deal of experiences in development of steel structure house, such as the selecting of wallboard, the connection of steel structure and pre-wallboard, the cool-handling of steel, the handling of architecture elevation, the connection of beam and plate, etc. And thus the H-beam Steel Structure House Construction System of lcc's own is formed.In the last paragraph, the author suggested that by the cooperation of government and relevant association, some new feasible policy and step can be made to support the development of the steel structure house system which will impel the housing industry and start a new age in China.
