With the development of belt conveyor towards long distance,high speed,long caning capacity and large driving power,the effect of the dynamic property on belt conveyor is becoming more and more important. Especially under the condition of starting or stopping. The complexity change of tension on belt can seriously affect the belt life .So,the take-up can automatic auadjust the tension to adapt the change on belt. And also,as one of the most indispensable parts in belt conveyor,take-up has an direct effect on safety,reliability and oscillation property of conveyor system on awhole.The newtype auto-adapted controllable hydraulic take-up system should possess that the strength to be possible to follow the power automatic adjust to satisfy bigger tension in the process of starting, The belt conveyor tensity to be automatic loose at condition of stoping to extend belt life. The auto-adapted hydraulic take-up system is a newtype device dsed in belt conveyer. It's based on self adaptive control theory . Using hydraulic take-up system, It may reserve existing question well and nay adjust tension to adapt the change of power and Can be coordination with soft starting to start the large-scale belt conveyer effectively.This paper summarize the properties and the defects on previous take-up.Based on whole system ,self-adpative take-up are designed according to self-adapative control theory,set up the mathematics mcdel and system tranfer function. It expands on the dynamic property of take-up in theory from the perspect of the whole system.In the meantime,it mainly studies dynamic analysis of take-up by finite element methord.By the optimization of the pull force in take-up,the whole system property is improved.And the system can work safly and reliably in various conditions.According to the dynamic analysis and optimization program which applys softwire Matlab 6.0,this paper also stimulates the whole process and the calculation results including force.
