Research And Application Of Mr Sensor For Electro-Hydraulic Servo Cylinder

Hydraulic servo system is the comprehensive usage of both electronics and hydraulics, it is widely used in both military and civil area because of its high precision of controlling, fast response, large power output etc. Serving as the role of feedback part, displacement sensors are of the important parts in the whole servo system, the performance of the system largely depends on their measure precision, stability, anti-jamming ability. Recently, how to raise the anti-jamming ability of the most commonly used displacement sensor, is still a hot potato. But MR displacement sensor has a good anti-jamming ability and environment adaptation ability, Therefore making research on MR sensor's application in the electro-hydraulic servo system has a very important meaning.After synthesizing numerous related literatures and reference materials at home and abroad, the author firstly made a comparison of the commonly used position sensor in this paper, and then analyzed the function mechanism, structure of MR sensor.During the research of the electro-hydraulic servo cylinder with MR sensor, the author considered that the manufacture techniques of the piston rod is the crucial step of whether the electro-hydraulic servo cylinder with MR sensor can be integrated. After reading much stuff, the author especially put attention on the influence of the measure system resulted from the groove. To prevent magnetic leak, improve the abrasiveness and the anti-eroding ability, the author have spent lots of time in researching the hot spraying method and acquired many practical useful data and experience.Meanwhile, in this paper, the author also designed the processing circuit of MR displacement sensor, the circuit amplifies output signal of the sensor chip and shapes it into rectangle wave, which serves as the input signal of the counter and data acquisition card.As for the research of MR sensor's application in electro-hydraulic servo system, single passage electro-hydraulic position servo system is built, and simulations of step input signal, sine input signal are done.
